Owner Interval Exchange Rules

By submitting an interval to be traded, you certify that:

1. You are a legal owner of the submitted interval by either recorded deed or installment loan contract;

2. All association fees and special assessments due to Interval Management, Inc. for the interval and year you are submitting have been paid in full;

3. All loan payments are current on the interval to be submitted;

4. You have not banked or deposited the said interval with RCI, II, or any other exchange network;

5. You have not signed an agreement to list the said interval for rent with either Shawnee Realty, Inc. or any other rental agent;

6. You have not agreed to let any other party use any part of the interval you are submitting.

7. You understand that this web site is designed only to enable owners who wish to trade their intervals to contact one another. Neither Interval Management, Inc. or any of its employees or affiliates will be involved in the exchanging process, except as concerns verifying the information required in rules 1-6.

8. Submitting an interval to the listing is NOT the same as banking or depositing. Until an exchange is confirmed, you still retain all rights to your interval. If your interval passes and you have not confirmed an exchange or used your time, you will lose your interval.

9. If you wish, you may delete your interval from the listings at any time by choosing the Remove Trade link. If your interval is approaching and no exchange has been confirmed, we suggest you remove your listing and plan to use your interval here. Once you have removed your listing, you may bank/deposit your interval with one of the exchange networks pursuant to their rules, you may attempt to rent your interval, or you may choose to check in here at Shawnee Village.

10. Submitted trades will be automatically deleted from this system after the interval of the listing has passed.
