Before proceeding to the Rental Listing Form, please read the following important information about listing your interval:

• While your property is listed with Shawnee Vacation Rentals, Inc., you are still responsible for paying the Association Fees when they are due.  If you are late with a payment, your Homeowners' Association will charge late fees. Should you owe Association Fees at the time your rental income is disbursed, we will deduct fees and delinquent charges from your proceeds.
  
• You may not submit your property to any exchange network for trading purposes or to any other broker for rental if you choose to list with Shawnee Vacation Rentals, Inc.  Your property will not be available for personal use while the listing agreement is in effect.  Should we rent your property and then find that it is not available due to your use or use by an exchange network, you will be responsible for the full commission rate.
  
• Please notify us in writing by fax, mail, or e-mail two weeks prior to your interval if you decide to take back your property for your use, your guest's use, or for exchange purposes.
  
• Please be patient while we are working to rent your property.  Shawnee Vacation Rentals, Inc. will make an effort to rent out your unit but will not guarantee a rental.  Consistent with our policies, no monies shall be dispersed and no commissions paid should there be a cancellation and/or lack of rental.
